Duties/Responsibilities

• Post and reconcile Daily Sales Reporting for multiple restaurants
• Accounts Receivable: Create billing, Deposit Checks, Data entry, Collections
• Accounts Payable: Data entry, Process payments
• Manage Vendor and Customer Relations
• Reconcile Credit Card activity timely
• Maintain organized records of all financial documents in physical and electronic billing systems
• Prepare weekly and bi-weekly payroll reports
• Assist with a myriad of ad-hoc requests with attention to detail while constantly striving to create better and more efficient practices
• This position is a temporary position with the potential to be full-time based on performance and company needs

Qualifications:

• Preferred three years of experience managing the books of a restaurant group
• Understands and values hospitality
• Self-direct and strong sense of ownership
• Working knowledge of GAAP
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Quickbooks Online and Concur Solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good problem-solving and time management skills
• Collaborate with other professionals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to manage a variety of tasks under pressure with attention to detail and accuracy
• Self-motivated, reliable, resourceful, enthusiastic with a high energy level
• Flexible and adaptable personal style with a passion for excellence
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in accounting
