Overview: Join our team as a Server and be part of a dynamic and fast-paced dining environment. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences. Responsibilities: - Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner - Present menus, make recommendations, and take food and drink orders - Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner - Ensure accuracy in order taking and delivery - Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed - Sanitate work areas and dining tables - Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience - Provide excellent customer service throughout the dining experience Requirements: - Prior experience in the food industry or hospitality preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to help customers with menu choices - Basic math skills for order taking and bill calculation - Knowledge of OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude - Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism Join our team and enjoy the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your contributions are valued.
