About this Opportunity: We are seeking a qualified or experienced Small Animal Associate Veterinarian to help support our busy veterinary practice. Our Clinic & Services: Bellson Animal Hospital is a full-service veterinary hospital that has been proudly providing skilled, compassionate veterinary care in Columbia, IL, and the surrounding area, since 1991. Our patients consist of dogs, cats, horses, and pocket pets.
*Applicants can expect to do small animal exclusive with the option to work with horses and pocket pets if sought after
We provide a variety of top-notch services for our patients with our updated veterinary medical technology such as preventative care, surgical procedures, dental care, advanced diagnostics, radiography, and more.
Job Responsibilities/Requirements: Veterinarian responsibilities include but are not limited to: conducting patient exams, conventional surgeries, treatments, lab work, diagnosing illnesses, providing prescriptions, dental care, and other various situations involving direct interaction with pets and clients. Applicants must also be able to lift a minimum of 30 pounds.
