Compensation: $29.80 - $43.20/hour, depending on experience.

Position Overview: The Property Manager III oversees all aspects of managing the building, promoting a sense of community among our residents with activities and services, and works to solve problems and facilitate a responsible and positive environment at The Views at Madison Apartments and Mary's Boathouse, which provides vital housing to those qualifying under Low Income Tax Credit Program.
Work Schedule: Onsite, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. The final schedule is to be determined by the supervisor.
