Building Maintenance Assistant
$23 / hour
Part-Time : 9AM-5 : 30PM
3 Days / will vary to include weekends

The Maintenance Assistant will be primarily responsible for general maintenance work order requests and the make-ready process of apartments including patching drywall & painting.
This position is hands-on and highly engage with the residents who live at Belmont Village.
Prior hands-on maintenance experience in the areas of general maintenance, basic plumbing, painting, & drywall repair are required.
Prior maintenance experience in senior living, assisted living or hotels is preferred.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
- Providing assistance and support to the Building Engineer in all areas of maintenance for the building and grounds.
- Performing routine building maintenance as directed (painting, floor care, pressure washing, basic plumbing repairs, etc.)
- Completing maintenance tasks and work orders in resident apartments
- Assisting with in-house resident moves
- Joining our growing company that has been recognized as a , by for multiple years.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS?
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year commercial facility maintenance experience
- Customer service oriented approach while interacting with residents and guests
