Pay Range: $38.500 - $48.000 yearly
- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional demeanor
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about the company’s services
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- High school diploma or equivalent.
