General Responsibilities:

Develop detailed project implementation plans and effectively managed and controlled project implementation throughout the entire process;

Confer with general contractors, subcontractors, internal and external manpower’s to discuss and resolve matters, work procedures, project designs, onsite inspection etc..

Deal with different connection work from the job site;

Standard development and creation of job plans procedures and methods;

Prepare the project activities to meet the deadlines, perform filed verification and inspections;

Plan and schedule the installation of manpower and equipment;

Perform the project budget control, safety control;

Deal with the external and internal for the change orders, purchase orders, project report and close-out documents;

Resolve conflicts by handling complaints and setting dispute;

Keep project team well informed of changes and updates.

Qualifications:

3 years of manager experience in automotive welding industry or related experience;

Ability to provide cost control;

Able to solve problems creatively and analytically with a strong attention to detail;

Ability to identify problems, determine possible solutions, and work to resolve issues with a team;

Experience and ability to handle on-site emergencies;

3D CAD Experience (preferred);

Experience of U.S. project management( Preferred);

Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $89,812.05 per year
