- Prepares and processes all monthly payroll bonuses.
- Assists with verification of employee payroll deductions, earnings, and taxes.
- Prepares all monthly Sales and Use Tax returns for multiple states.
- Assists with review of employee reimbursements and records all payments.
- Reconciliation of benefit invoices.
- Processes daily ACH bank activity.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the office.

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred, work experience will be considered in place of a degree.
- Minimum 1-2 years of QuickBooks experience is preferred.
- Sage Intacct experience is a plus.
- Paycor experience is a plus.
- Must be proficient in Excel with an intermediate skill set.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of full cycle accounting experience preferred.
- Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills: accuracy is essential.
- Must be well organized and able to multitask efficiently.
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Must be proficient in MS Office and have good computer skills.
- Must have the ability to sit at a desk for 70%-90% of the workday in a general office environment.
- Full-time (40 hours/ week), Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
