This is a remote position with travel and in-store time expectations.
Must have access to each market that we operate in without extensive travel expense. Midwest residence preferred.

Required Education And Skills
- Bachelor of Business Administration, Organization Development or related field
- 5 Years of Learning and Development and Training experience
- Strong understanding of leadership theory, adult learning principles, and best practices in leadership development.
- Ability to analyze and assess high-potential employees and leaders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Highly energetic, emotionally insightful person
- Project Management skills with high attention to detail
- Mentoring and Coaching experience
