Wireless Traveling Support Leader - BeMobile Verizon Authorized Retailer
WANDER Team Leader
If you enjoy trailblazing an opportunity that has never been done before, enjoy a range of activities that may change every day and enjoy traveling, the WANDER Team Leader position is for you! Maximize your career with BeMobile making $70,000 - $75,000 (salary plus incentives) a year. A WANDER Team Leader will coordinate a department with direct reports to go Wherever there is Alternate and New Distribution or an Emergency Response among 80 BeMobile locations in 10 different states. The ideal candidate will have:
Exceptional communication and time management skills.
Strong Leadership skills for team and relationship building to foster a positive work environment.
Must be able to manage multiple tasks with proper attention to detail in each task.
Be reliable and consistent for all the roles and responsibilities in the accountability chart.
Must be able to execute the Sales Process and Coaching Process fully to ensure it is being used within the store consistently.
Must have a reputation for exceeding expectations without constant oversight.
Desired Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of Retail Management experience or relevant experience
• Comfortable with forecasting and abiding by travel expense budget

Travel:

• Up to 90 %. Travel includes overnights and working in locations for extended periods.

Must have access to each market that we operate in without extensive travel expense. Midwest residence preferred.
