The Role and Location
As a Pension Administrator, you will join a team of 12 administrators responsible for delivering a high level of customer service. Your role will involve ensuring a seamless journey for our clients, from opening their pension accounts to exercising their retirement income options. You have the option to work remotely or be based at our Broadlands Business Campus near Horsham in West Sussex. Our campus offers a unique countryside environment with state-of-the-art software and hardware, spacious facilities, an on-site restaurant, coffee shop, gym, and a regular shuttle bus service to and from Horsham's main line train station. We also offer flexible working arrangements to help you maintain a healthy work-life balance.
