We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee the project planning, scheduling and implementation of Mechanical and Plumbing projects.
- Oversee all aspects of the project
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, and clients
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction- Mechanical and/or Plumbing
- Familiarity with construction management software - FieldWire/Concur
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
