Benchmark Senior Living is Hiring a Receptionist - Full Time Near Providence, RI
At Capitol Ridge at Providence, Benchmark is looking for a Receptionist to be responsible for front desk coverage including greeting visitors and vendors, answering the telephone, coding invoices, overseeing the postage meter, and metering mail.
Full time, Monday-Friday 8a-4pJob Requirements
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Greet and direct visitors at the community
- Sort incoming mail
- Responsible for postage machine, restocking supplies and processing outgoing mail
- Send mail via USPS or FedEx
- Maintain and arrange for document management pickups for the community, including shred bins
- Keep reception area and clean
- Order flowers and/or gifts
- Maintain community phone list and updates on a monthly basis
- Support other Administrative staff
- Code invoices related to overall office management function
- Coordinate with CRP Office regarding office space issues (repairs, leaks, bulb replacement, rug cleaning, trash removal)
- Other projects as requested
- High School graduate or equivalent certificate
- Previous office experience required
- Intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook) as well as familiarity with Internet search tools
- Strong organizational, oral, and written communication skills
- Knowledge of office equipment and ability to troubleshoot problems
