At Capitol Ridge at Providence, Benchmark is looking for a Receptionist to be responsible for front desk coverage including greeting visitors and vendors, answering the telephone, coding invoices, overseeing the postage meter, and metering mail.

Full time, Monday-Friday 8a-4p

Job Requirements

• Answer and direct phone calls
• Greet and direct visitors at the community
• Sort incoming mail
• Responsible for postage machine, restocking supplies and processing outgoing mail
• Send mail via USPS or FedEx
• Maintain and arrange for document management pickups for the community, including shred bins
• Keep reception area and clean
• Order flowers and / or gifts
• Maintain community phone list and updates on a monthly basis
• Support other Administrative staff
• Code invoices related to overall office management function
• Coordinate with CRP Office regarding office space issues (repairs, leaks, bulb replacement, rug cleaning, trash removal)
• Other projects as requested

Education / Experience / Licensure / Certification :

• High School graduate or equivalent certificate
• Previous office experience required

Required Skills / Abilities

• Intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook) as well as familiarity with Internet search tools
• Strong organizational, oral, and written communication skills
• Knowledge of office equipment and ability to troubleshoot problems
