Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the definition of project scope and goals using company processes and tools.
- Identify and interview stakeholders to draft detailed functional requirements.
- Elicit requirements using document analysis, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
- Create short-term and long-term plans, including setting targets for milestones.
- Hold self and others to deadline adherence.
- Identify and manage potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Lead project meetings with representatives across the company.
- Prepare and maintain detailed status reporting.
- Motivate others to achieve project tasks.
- Ensure quality control on projects throughout development to expected standards.
- Maintain a positive work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or managed care industry preferred
- Ability to multi-task and manage a large workload effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- Project management experience preferred
