I am looking for someone with Investment Performance Measurement background. It’s a service which provides Rates of Return for reporting. Not related to some general corporate risk/performance cycles.

‘CIPM’ designation through the CFA Institute would be one of the known certifications, for example. It’s not a must but would be helpful.
