Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field, plus 5 years of work experience beyond degree as a Release Train Engineer (RTE), Scrum Master, Project or Program Manager
- 5 years of recent hands-on experience as a successful Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer (RTE)
- Strong technical aptitude and experience leading teams in delivering quality software
- 5 years of experience working in an Agile organization using Scrum, XP, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), or other scaling model
- 5 years of experience applying Lean Thinking and Systems Thinking in large organizations
- Solid problem solving and influencing skills
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
