Operating a waste door skin shredder – The operator will take defective door skins and manually load them into an industrial Shredder. Forklift Operation is part of the position.

Note: May be called on to work any shift - Hours are M-F 10pm - 6 am

1. Hog all hog material brought to the secondary hog. If there is not enough material at the Hog to feed the Boiler when needed, the operator should search for more Hog boards when asked by the Team Leader.

2. Maintain proper housekeeping at hog.

Clean roof over hog includes removing cobwebs, cleaning off beams and walls

a. Environmental baghouse checks for Hog area.

b. Firehose checks for Hog and Water Unit area.

c. Fire extinguisher for Hog and Water Unit area.

d. Eyewash & Safety Shower checks for Hog and Water Unit area.

e. Ladder Checks Water Unit area.

f. Perform Quarterly E-Stop Verification on Hog Equipment.
