Cincinnati Ohio job shop is seeking 1st shift welders. Monday-Friday.

Duties include analyzing blueprints, welding jobs, maintaining production standards and producing consistently accurate work.

Welding

1. Correctly welds pieces of metal together.
2. Prepares materials for welding, cuts, grinds and cleans metal.

Fabrication

1. Utilizes fabrication skills to complete all phases of fabrication.
2. Provides feedback and input into the fabrication process regarding the order of assembly, design, materials, fixtures, and jigs.
3. Conceptualizes and makes fixtures.

Requirements

1. Minimum of three to five years experience. Required to have an understanding of the fabrication processes, the ability to read; and knowledge of the welding diagrams and symbols.
2. Licensures and Certifications: Welding certifications preferred but not required.
3. Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
