Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated Independent Agents to join our team. As an Independent Agent, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. This role offers the flexibility of working independently while representing our company.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct sales activities to drive revenue growth
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor sales strategies
- Communicate effectively with clients to build lasting relationships
- Utilize various sales techniques including telemarketing and in-person meetings
- Administer benefits packages and explain coverage options

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales administration or related field
- Strong ability to analyze market data and trends
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Previous experience in insurance sales, retail sales, or related industries preferred
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Familiarity with benefits administration is advantageous
- Outstanding customer service skills
