Job Description:
Benjamin Franklin Charter School is looking for a Custodian to join our High School Team for the 2024-2025 school year.
Responsibilities:
- Daily Update/Daily Check-In
- Clean front offices andentryway
- Place cleaning supplies orders each month with campus Order Clerk
- Lunchroom duties:
- Wipe down tables and walls in high traffic area
- Clean counters and microwaves
- Pick up trash after lunch
- Check all bathrooms, restock paper towels, toilet paper and soap dispensers and remove trash
- Power blower outside front entrance and courtyard
- Clean various classrooms and locker rooms
- Clean main exterior doors and windows in cafeteria and Student Union weekly or as needed
- Shared crosswalk duty with other custodians
- Be available on two-way radio and respond in a timely manner
- Assist with setup of events
- Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- High School or Equivalent
- Be able to lift heavy items 20-50 lbs
- Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card required
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
