JOB SUMMARY
As a Plumbing License Qualifier at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, you will be responsible for ensuring that our plumbing operations comply with all relevant local and state regulations and codes. You will serve as one of the technical expert who holds the master plumbing license for our company. Your role is essential in guiding our growing team to deliver plumbing services that meet the highest quality and safety standards.
JOB DUTIES
Hold and maintain the P2 or P1 license for North Carolina
Review plumbing projects to ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and industry best practices.
Provide guidance and support to plumbing apprentices, journeymen, and technicians regarding code compliance and quality workmanship.
Collaborate with project managers and field teams to address code-related issues and ensure corrective actions are taken.
Stay current on changes in plumbing codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Assist in preparing and submitting permit applications as required.
Conduct inspections and quality control checks on plumbing work.
Maintain accurate records of licenses, certifications, and compliance documentation.
Serve as a liaison with local authorities and regulatory agencies regarding plumbing matters.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Valid North Carolina Plumbing P1 or P2 License.
Minimum of 3 years plumbing experience.
In-depth knowledge of local and state plumbing codes and regulations.

Ability to work collaboratively with team members and regulatory authorities.
