JOB SUMMARY
JOB DUTIES

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of various home plumbing systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues accurately to determine appropriate repair solutions.
• Interact professionally and courteously with customers, providing clear explanations and recommendations.
• Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
• Maintains cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles at all times. Manage and maintain tools, equipment, and inventory to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and services provided.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry standards and technologies.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential service, maintenance, or repair
• Valid drivers license
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects, working in confined spaces, and standing for extended periods.
