At Benjamin, we're passionate about rewarding everyday actions through our MoMo’s (Money Moments). Benjamin is a new cash-rewards platform for consumers, merchants and gamers to earn cash, called Benjamin Money Moments, by completing daily tasks, playing casual games, viewing content and ads, and making everyday card purchases with cash back. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up new clients in the campaign management platform (Everflow & Benjamin own platform)
• Manage campaign structures for partner games and apps
• Create, edit, activate/deactivate individual campaigns based on the agreed KPIs:
• Ensure proper tracking of clicks, installs, impressions, and post-install events
• Run KPI reviews with customer based on campaign performance 
• Propose and implement optimizations for underperforming campaigns
• Report on trends in performance across clients
• Highlight upsell opportunities for high-performing campaigns to the customer success team
• Support customer success managers with data and insights
• Liaise with the data team to optimize dashboards and data enablement.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in ad/campaign management operations
• Proven track record optimizing campaign performance
• Excellent analytics, organization and time management skills
• Proven track record of collaboration with customer success, account executives or other customer-facing teams

• Is a dynamic and startup-minded person who thrives in fast-paced organizations.
• Intrinsic performance orientation and a passionate desire to meet performance goals
• Experience in the mobile Gaming/ Mobile apps or Ad Tech Market a huge plus
