OverviewThe Qualifications Specialist I supports the driver onboarding process by collecting and reviewing all necessary documentation ensuring applicants have the necessary experience and equipment to safely perform work within the Bennett Family of Companies' entity for which they have applied.

Duties
- Efficiently and accurately collect and review required documents and reporting to ensure assigned applicants are qualified and eligible to onboard with designated entity within the Bennett Family of Companies.
- Set up pre-lease / pre-employment drug screens on qualified applicants.
- Transfer documents collected within the driver onboarding system of record (Tenstreet) to the document / file storage system of record (DataMagine).
- Submit driver qualification / onboarding files to the Leasing Team for audit.
- orrect any errors in processing found in the file audit.
- 1 year experience within the transportation industry preferred with experience in data entry, driver onboarding, safety, and FMCSA compliance a plus.
- Must be skilled in critical thinking and analyzing multiple data sources.
- Must be able to prioritize tasks, complete them with the highest quality, and ensure efficiency across all job functions.
- Must be proficient in MS Office, comfortable navigating the internet and email, and able to quickly learn and adapt to internal systems.
- Experience working within AS400 a plus.
