Bennett Hill Academies https://www.bennetthill.com/ is looking for an experienced Sales Representative to sign up parents of school aged children to our new and unique education startup.

ABOUT BENNETT HILL:

We have highly experienced teachers that will create weekly tailored math, science or writing assignments for children based on their current performance in those subjects. Children will take a placement test before the first week and then assign a weekly assignment of 25 questions based on the results of the placement test. Then every week the teacher will review not only the results of the previous week's assignment but also the previous month and then create a tailored assignment for the next week. The teacher will decide whether to create a more difficult assignment, stay the course or decrease the difficulty. We believe practice makes perfect.

Parents will pay $100 per week for the first child and $50 per week for any additional child.

THE JOB:

Must be able to start June 17, 2024.

You will be tasked with signing up at least 15 parents per week (parents who are signing up more than one child will not count towards the weekly quota). You can use your own contacts, their contacts, outreach to schools, social media groups, parent groups, etc.

Leads will NOT be provided. The weekly 15 sign ups will start during week 2. Meaning that by the end of the second week, you will need to have 15 parents signed up.

There is no set start and end time or schedule. The job is more about reaching the weekly quota of 15 parent sign ups.

COMPENSATION:

Base salary PLUS a recurring $135 per month for any parents that have signed previously and are still customers.

• The first 2 weeks will be a probationary period where the compensation will be $500 per week. Starting in week 3 the base compensation will increase to $1,000 per week and then in month 2 the base salary will reach $100,000 per year.

Health and dental benefits will start in month 2 of employment.
