Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Project Management certification preferred.
Minimum five years' experience in network switch hardware/software, server hardware/software, computer hardware/software, imaging of computer systems and maintenance is required.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Google Enterprise Admin Console, PHP programming, and computer operating systems.
MCSE, CCNA, and Network preferred.
Ability to establish effective working relationship with all levels of staff and vendors is an essential requirement.
Job Summary: To provide a secure stable computer network infrastructure by repairing, maintaining, and upgrading. This position is also responsible for the installation, and maintenance of all computer-related equipment and software across the district, including all peripherals. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage Google Enterprise Admin Console.
Manage Active Directory and group policies.
Maintain district technology database/ticketing system using PHP.
Process adds and changes within the Mitel server.
Ensure group policies meet security standards as outlined by CISA.
Install, manage, support a myriad of software applications.
Maintain database records of all equipment (purchases, placements, repairs, and final dispositions) using asset database.
Using SYSPREP create, maintain, and update all required computer images using FOG server.
Update and maintain FOG imaging server.
Maintain a working knowledge of all computer related equipment in order to facilitate timely troubleshooting and repairs.
Perform daily Chromebook repairs.
Installation of new desktop/laptop (PC/MAC) computers and computer related equipment (printers, peripherals) as per required timelines.
Install and maintain all required technology security systems.
Prepare for the disposal of obsolete technology equipment.
Attend workshops and trainings to improve knowledge base as necessary.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Demands:
Ability to read and communicate effectively with employees of the district.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions provided in either written, diagram, or oral form.
Work involves walking, talking, hearing, using hands to handle, feel or operate objects or controls, and reaching with hand and arms.
May be required to push, pull, lift, and/or carry up to 50 pounds.
Salary: Full-time Salary commensurate with experience.
