Job Summary:

As a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Benson Systems, you will bridge the gap between sales and marketing functions, driving growth and enhancing operational efficiency. Your role involves a balanced mix of office-based tasks and occasional participation in field events, leveraging tools such as HubSpot and ZoomInfo to optimize sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Marketing Support:
  • Develop and prepare sales presentations and marketing materials using advanced tools like HubSpot.
  • Handle incoming inquiries, maintain comprehensive databases in ZoomInfo, and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and sales strategies using both HubSpot and outbound marketing techniques.
• Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional service, resolving issues promptly, and leveraging insights from customer interactions to enhance sales and marketing strategies.
  • Organize existing client databases based on category and current assets to facilitate targeted marketing and sales efforts.
• Content Creation and Email Marketing:
  • Create engaging content for various platforms to support marketing campaigns and brand building.
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns through HubSpot, monitoring performance and optimizing based on results.
• Sales and Marketing Coordination:
  • Coordinate closely with sales and marketing teams to align activities, monitor progress, and manage updates to CRM systems.
  • Track sales and marketing targets, prepare forecasts, and contribute to strategic planning.
• Market Research and Insights:
  • Perform in-depth market research using ZoomInfo and other resources to gather intelligence on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Analyze data to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Documentation, Reporting, and Data Management:
  • Maintain precise records and updates in CRM systems like HubSpot, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Generate and analyze reports to evaluate sales and marketing performance, identifying improvement opportunities and growth strategies.
• Communication and Information Distribution:
  • Facilitate effective communication between the sales and marketing departments and other business units.
  • Distribute crucial updates including product innovations, promotional materials, and results from marketing initiatives.
• Administrative and Operational Support:
  • Manage schedules for sales and marketing teams, coordinate meetings, and handle travel arrangements.
  • Organize and support the execution of sales and marketing events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Prepare and distribute relevant documents such as contracts and marketing collateral.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably with skills in CRM and data management tools such as HubSpot and ZoomInfo.
• Strong capabilities in content creation, email marketing, and outbound marketing strategies.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and adaptable approach.
