Typical Duties:

1. Manage electrical construction projects from preconstruction through completion
2. Monitor/control project through administrative direction to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget; investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures.
3. Maintain client relationships through communication and strong performance, while identifying future oppotunities for repeat business.
4. Manages the financial aspect of the project including cost reporting, forecasting, and price/negotiates of change orders
5. Work with GF and field staff to determine work flows, supervision, coordination, scheduling activities for field personal
6. Oversee project safety and quality control programs, ensuring that the project is constructed as specified and according to local, state, federal regulations,. and BEC high level of excellence.
7. Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards.
8. Directly responsible for: purchasing of material and subcontractors, submittal, O&M and close out documents
9. Maintain a full and current understanding of project drawings and plans
10. Review of the plans and close examination of the specifications
11. Represent Bent Electric in project meetings
12. Manage projects BIM coordination
13. Complete project closeout process and identify lessons learned.

Professional Requirements:

1. Minimum of 5 years of electrical project management or general foreman experience required
2. Strong verbal and written communication attributes a must
3. Ability to multi-task and self-perform
4. Ability to work under pressure and time constraints
5. Team player with leadership abilities.
