Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic New and Used Automotive Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect vehicle to meet their needs and ensuring a seamless and satisfying car-buying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot
• Identify customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles
• Provide detailed information about our new and used vehicle inventory
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits
• Negotiate pricing and financing options with customers
• Prepare and process sales documentation and contracts
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain relationships
• Stay informed about industry trends, new models, and product features
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the dealership's success
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a smooth sales process

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Maintain a Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) score at or above the level required by Hyundai

Pay: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
