What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience in the hospitality industry

Your Responsibilities:

• Uphold superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
• Respond promptly and positively to customer complaints
• Lead each shift by delegating duties, assigning tasks, and following up with team members
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
• Ensure all food items are prepared and served according to Bento’s standards of quality, consistency, portions, and timeliness
• Oversee the hiring, training, and development of all employees
• Manage inventory and maintain proper sanitation and safety procedures
• Control costs regarding food, beverage, labor, and overhead to achieve company goals
• Implement all marketing campaigns set forth by the Marketing Team
• Maintain up-to-date documents on all reprimands, terminations, and resignations

Qualifications:

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Previous experience as a Department Lead or Kitchen Manager at Bento or in management within the hospitality industry
• Able to use touch-sensitive POS system and ability to troubleshoot
• Complete cross-training in all departments
• Must be able to take direction and delegate responsibilities
• College diploma preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
