Role Description
This is a contract on-site role for a Property Management Assistant at Bentonville Lodging Co LLC located in Bentonville, AR. The Property Management Assistant is a flexible position with a commitment of 10-20 hours per week. Assistant will be responsible for inspecting properties for quality control, inventory management, guest messaging (designated days), and conducting back end basic accounting and administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Knowledge or experience with Airbnb/VRBO/Guesty
- Experience in Property Management and Administrative Assistance
- Knowledge of Lease Administration
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management software
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
Compensation will start a small base increasing by percentage for every new property onboarded into the portfolio. Additionally, employee will begin to receive profit share in year two.
