We are a high-end diamond jewelry company seeking a passionate and experienced Jewelry Sales and Production Associate to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day tasks in the jewelry department, working well with numbers and Excel, learning quickly, and multitasking effectively. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent verbal and organizational skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with increased levels of responsibility. The role requires strong communication skills to engage with customers about sales and proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Teams. Jewelry experience, including inventory management and order fulfillment for e-commerce, is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Place orders and track production to ensure timely deliveries.
• Process all customer orders and repairs.
• Maintain daily communication and follow-up with the factory.
• Handle customer inquiries, orders, and repairs with professionalism and efficiency.
• Process memos, invoices, and credits for customers.
• Engage with customers via phone and email to provide outstanding service.
• Maintain a clean and organized safe to ensure optimal presentation of all jewelry products.
• Utilize our camera system to capture high-quality images of new products and upload them into our database.
• Assist management with projects, flex assignments, and ongoing tasks to support the needs of the business.
• Expedite the fulfillment of all dropship orders through designated portals, maintaining accurate inventory and customer information for timely updates.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the diamond and jewelry industry is a MUST – please do NOT apply if you do not have experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced as well as in a team environment.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
