Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Manufacturing Technician 2 to join our team in St. Louis. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor production processes and perform quality control checks to maintain high product standards.
• Accurately document production activities, including batch records, logbooks, and maintenance reports.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge of manufacturing processes.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining production equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.
