Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and be proficient in all aspects of the position.

Duties:

- Review, enter and obtain approval for all payable invoices
- Prepare weekly payment batches in an accurate and timely manner
- Setup new vendors/Maintain current vendors - complete credit apps, request W9 and Certificate of Insurance
- Process credit card batches, all PO requests and various check requests
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Annual 1099 filing

Experience/Education:

- High School diploma or equivalent preferred - Bachelor's degree a plus
- Minimum 3 years of accounting related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft GP Dynamics a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
