Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Salary range: $70K to $80K per year benefits

Please note : Candidate should have good experience in Auto CAD and electrical system Design; Should be open for travelling and relocation.
Management experience is needed along with low-voltage & high-voltage electrical working experience.
Responsibilities:
Electrical System Design and Maintenance: Developing, and maintaining electrical systems within the cement plant, including power distribution systems, motor control centers, lighting systems, and instrumentation systems.
Equipment Installation and Commissioning: Overseeing the installation and commissioning of electrical equipment such as motors, transformers, switchgear, and control panels to ensure they meet safety standards and operational requirements.
Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical issues that arise within the plant, including equipment failures, power outages, and electrical malfunctions, and implementing solutions to resolve them in a timely manner.
Safety Compliance: Ensuring that electrical systems and equipment comply with relevant safety regulations and standards, such as NFPA 70E (Electrical Safety in the Workplace) and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) guidelines, to mitigate the risk of electrical hazards and accidents.
Energy Management: Implementing energy-efficient practices and technologies to optimize energy usage and reduce operational costs, such as variable frequency drives (VFDs), energy monitoring systems, and power factor correction.
Project Management: Managing electrical engineering projects within the cement plant, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating activities with other departments or external contractors to ensure successful project execution.
Training and Development: Providing training and guidance to plant personnel on electrical safety procedures, equipment operation, and maintenance best practices to enhance overall plant efficiency and safety.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of electrical systems, equipment, maintenance activities, and safety inspections, and preparing reports as needed for management or regulatory compliance purposes.
Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and performance improvement within the electrical systems and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions.
Requirement:
5-10 years of experience in Electrical Design .
