Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Seasoned Paralegal to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs.

- Drafting legal documents and filing in District and Federal Court
- Preparing trial note books and accompanying lawyers in trial
- Conduct research to support legal proceedings
- Assist with discovery
- Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes
- Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Record and store client information
- speaking with client and conducting intakes
- a minimum of 5 years prior experience as a paralegal
- Familiarity with legal research
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
