Job Summary:
We are seeking a Paralegal specializing in Personal Injury and Civil Litigation to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist lawyers with case preparation, research, and overall legal support in these practice areas.
Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience as a Paralegal in Personal Injury (plaintiff's side) and Civil Litigation
- Previous experience with requesting and summarizing medical records
- Proficiency in legal research, case management software, and MS Office suite
- Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills required
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Certification as a Paralegal is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research on case laws, regulations, and statutes
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Organize and maintain case files and documentation
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel
- Coordinate depositions, court hearings, and trials
- Provide general administrative support to the legal team
- Stay current on industry best practices and legal developments

This is a full-time position. Core hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with additional hours as required. This will be a hybrid role.

The annualized salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000, depending on the candidate's overall experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Actual initial salary may be above or below the above-identified range and will be based on the relevant skills, training, experience, and other job-related factors, including the location where the position is filled, in all cases consistent with applicable law.
