Job Summary:
Berge Mazda/Volkswagen in Gilbert, AZ is currently seeking a Warranty Clerk. The incumbent is responsible for efficiently and accurately processing warranty claims and maintaining warranty records for all vehicle brands represented by the dealership. This is a Full Time hourly position with full benefits after 90 days. The role will primarily involve data entry, communication with manufacturers and team members, and ensuring compliance with warranty procedures.
Compensation: $16-$20 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am 4:00pm

Responsibilities:
- Process warranty claims for all vehicle brands represented by the dealership
- Communicate with manufacturers to obtain necessary documentation and approvals for warranty claims
- Enter warranty repair orders and related information into dealership database
- Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims and related documentation
- Monitor and track outstanding warranty claims and follow up as needed
- Assist Service Department with warranty parts returns and processing reimbursements
- Communicate with team members to ensure understanding and compliance with warranty procedures
- Maintain an organized filing system for all warranty documentation
- Participate in training and education programs to stay updated on warranty policies and procedures
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Warranty Clerk or in a similar role in the auto industry is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately process data
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with dealership management systems is a plus
-Must be able to successfully pass a pre employment background check and drug screen (Not including THC)
