Duties include greeting, checking in and out patients, rooming patients, changing over rooms on time, taking vitals, assisting staff and patients pleasantly, calling leads and booking patients, clinic laundry, supplies stocking. You will be responsible for calling patients who have reached out via Google chat and Webinars to schedule patients. Must be comfortable with making high volume of calls daily.

You also need to learn some basic medical terminology, disease names, how acupuncture, herbs, Thai/Medical/Deep Tissue/Therapeutic Massage, functional medicine and medications can help people.
