About Us:
Gutters by Berger Home Services is a leading provider of gutter installation and maintenance services in [Location]. With a focus on quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service, we help homeowners protect their properties from water damage while enhancing curb appeal.
What we're looking forThe ideal candidate will work evenings and weekends to start, with potential for advancement to 8am-5pm Monday-Friday if desired. This is an entry level position at a growing family owned business. If you DO NOT live in Houston, Tx or the surrounding area please do not apply!
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Assistant to join our team. As a Business Development Assistant, you will play a vital role in generating leads and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential customers via phone calls or emails, introduce our services, and secure appointments for on-site consultations. This is not a remote, work from home position, you will be expected to report to our office on the North side of Houston Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce Gutters by Berger Home Services and schedule appointments for sales representatives.
  • Follow up with leads generated through various channels, such as website inquiries and marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of appointments and provide support as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Previous experience in sales or appointment setting is preferred but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
