As an Automotive Sales Associate at Berglund Of Bedford, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding and purchasing the right vehicle to meet their needs and budget. This is a full-time, individual contributor role that offers a competitive salary in the auto industry. Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $25,000 to $50,000 per year, paid biweekly. In addition, employees may be eligible for bonuses and incentives based on performance. Berglund Of Bedford also offers a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and employee discounts on vehicles and services.
Responsibilities:
•Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
•Listen to customers' needs and guide them through the sales process
•Provide product information and conduct vehicle demonstrations
•Assist with test drives and follow up with customers afterwards
•Negotiate and close sales in accordance with company policies and procedures
•Maintain knowledge of current inventory, pricing, and promotions
•Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
•Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
•Collaborate with colleagues and management to reach sales goals
Requirements:
•High school diploma or equivalent education
•Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
•Excellent communication and customer service skills
•Strong negotiation and closing abilities
•Familiarity with basic computer and office software
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
•Valid driver's license and good driving record
