Accounting Associate - Billing
Bergstrom Automotive Headquarters - Neenah
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Maintains a daily record of sales to ensure accuracy
Reconciles vehicle inventory schedules and vehicle receivables
Complies with state motor vehicle guidelines and regulations
Applies and reconciles factory incentives
Posts transactions to accounting
Assists in preparing month-end and year-end statements
Performs other duties as assigned
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Pay of $18.00-20.00/hour based on experience; OT is available!
WHO'S RIGHT FOR THE JOB?
1-2 years of Accounting experience and/or equivalent education is required
Upbeat and positive personality
Active listening skills
Ability to provide excellent guest service
Strong communication skills
Ability to build relationships with team members and guests
Experience in Microsoft Suite and Google Suite
