Body Shop Estimator

Bergstrom Body Shop of Green Bay (Industry Court)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Prepare an accurate Visual Damage Estimate, which is the foundation for a high-quality timely repair
  • Identify Guest's unique needs and tailor a repair solution specifically for them with the Damage Analyst
  • Research agreement with the insurance company on the repair claim scope
  • Manage the parts ordering process
  • Communicate critical repair information and updates with the Guest 
  • Complete the Quality Verification process prior to delivering the vehicle
  • Prepare final bill for closing
  • Deliver the completed vehicle to the Guest

Schedule: Alternating weekly shifts. M-F 7am-4PM one week and M-Thurs 8am-5:30pm, Fri 8am-5pm the following week
Pay consists of a base salary plus performance bonus - qualified candidates can expect to earn up to $100,000 per year.

  • Previous automotive industry experience is required
  • Previous collision repair estimation experience is preferred, but will train the right candidate
