Body Shop Biller

Bergstrom Body Shop of Green Bay (Industry Court)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Assist with answering incoming calls, checking in guests for service appointments, and internal billing procedures
• Assists Body Shop Manager with Accounts Receivable, including contacting insurance companies and guests for payment
• Assist with onsite accounting needs
• Prepare bills for guests and insurance companies
• Responds promptly to all emails and resolvesall concerns with assistance of the Body Shop Manager

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm / Fridays 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Hourly pay starting at $18.00-20.00 based on experience.

WHO'S RIGHT FOR THE JOB?

• Previous collision administrative experience preferred but not required
• Preferred experience working in Google Drive
• Preferred experience working within document management systems
• Previous administrative experience is preferred but not required
