Our client is seeking a Human Resource Specialist to join their Corporate Headquarters HR Team. The HR Specialist is responsible for full-cycle recruiting and hiring activities, processing employee actions, managing personnel records, and special HR projects as needed. This position educates and advises managers on recruiting, interviewing and selection practices and provides a positive and memorable candidate experience.
The HR Specialist must be able to communicate clearly, listen actively, and effectively convey information to both candidates and clients.
This is a full-time position based in Anchorage, AK. Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
