Our Champions Forest location has a temporary opportunity that be a great springboard to other opportunities within the practice.
We are seeking an experienced Optometric Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to optometrists and ensure a smooth operation of the practice. Your responsibilities will include assisting with patient care, managing medical records, and facilitating a positive experience for our patients. T
Duties
- Assist optometrists during eye examinations by preparing patients and equipment.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
- Educate patients on proper eye care practices and follow-up procedures.
Experience
Candidates should have some experience or knowledge in the following areas:
- Anatomy knowledge related to the eye and vision system.
- Familiarity with medical records management.
- Understanding of aseptic techniques in a clinical setting.
