Position Summary:

The Facilities Maintenance Associate is responsible for all interior and exterior maintenance and at the HQ buildings. This individual will be responsible for general maintenance, custodial/cleaning, and repair of facilities and systems.

Detailed Responsibilities:

• Repair/Maintenance in the warehouse and office spaces.
• Set up of new equipment.
• Providing custodial duties, including vacuuming, mopping, restroom care, etc.;
• Providing occasional outdoor maintenance/cleanup.
• Other duties as assigned.

Desired Background:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2 years previous maintenance experience
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently

Physical Requirements:

• Occasionally moves up to 70 lbs.
• Frequently standing, twisting, bending, and lifting
