Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices is Hiring an Assistant to Luxury Real Estate Agent Near New York, NY

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant to a Top-Level Luxury Real Estate Agent in Manhattan. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside one of the industry's most successful agents and gain invaluable experience in the luxury real estate market.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate, follow up and schedule meetings with new leads

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the luxury real

estate agent in all aspects of their work

- Manage the agent's calendar and schedule appointments, property

showings, and client meetings

- Coordinate and track property listings, including creating and

updating property profiles and marketing materials

- Conduct research on prospective clients, properties, and market

trends to assist in property acquisitions and sales

- Prepare and edit various documents, contracts, and agreements

related to real estate transactions

- Maintain and update the agent's client database, ensuring

accuracy and confidentiality of information

- Assist in coordinating property viewings and open houses,

including staging and property preparation

- Liaise with clients, vendors, and other professionals in the real

estate industry to ensure smooth communication and execution of tasks

- Handle general office tasks such as phone calls, emails, and

inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service to clients

- Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in the luxury

real estate market

Requirements:

- New York State Real Estate Liscense

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, Real

Estate, etc.) is preferred

- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in the real

estate industry

- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the

ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and attention to

detail

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and

experience with CRM software

- Knowledge of the luxury real estate market in Manhattan is highly

desirable

- Professional demeanor, with a proactive and positive attitude

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced

and demanding environment

- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with

integrity
