**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a meticulous Sterilization Technician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and preventing infections in our dental facility.

**Responsibilities:**

- Follow strict sterilization protocols to ensure all dental instruments are properly cleaned and disinfected

- Operate autoclaves, ultrasonic cleaners, and other sterilization equipment

- Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes

- Monitor and track inventory of supplies needed for sterilization procedures

- Adhere to infection control guidelines and protocols

- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized work environment

- Assist our CDAs and RDHs in cleaning and setting up their operatories

**Qualifications:**

- Prior experience in a healthcare setting such as CNA

- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation practices

- Familiarity with infection control procedures

- Certification or training in dental assisting is a plus but not required

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
